In most states, attorneys cannot provide financial assistance to their plaintiffs. While the attorney will do the best job he or she can to aggressively prosecute the client’s legal claim, many plaintiffs face financial hardship while their lawsuits work their way through the legal system.
It is not uncommon for a personal injury lawsuit plaintiff to be out of work as a result of the injuries that forced him or her to file the lawsuit in the first place. In fact, far too many plaintiffs end up homeless and forced to file for bankruptcy. That's why more and more personal injury attorneys refer their clients in financial need to us!
Respectful of the Attorney's Time and Professionalism
We realize that attorneys and their staffs are busy people, so we designed our lawsuit loan application process to have as little impact as possible on the daily operations of the law office. Supporting documentation can be faxed, mailed or e-mailed to us. When we receive hard copy documentation, it is scanned into our system, stored on secure servers, and the originals are shredded.
When a client is approved for a lawsuit loan, we send the Claim Investment Agreement directly to the attorney to review on the client’s behalf. During the pendency of the case, we are not involved. We leave that to the attorney, and we never second guess an attorney's decision to go to trail or reach an out-of-court settlement.
Lawsuit Loans for Businesses, as Well as Attorneys and Law Firms
We are one of the few lawsuit loan providers that makes lawsuit loans to both businesses and attorneys. Commercial lawsuit clients in need of funding can apply for lawsuit loans – and receive critical working capital when they need it most – against their pending lawsuits on the same non-recourse basis as individual plaintiffs. We also make non-recourse loans to attorney and law firms against a package of lawsuits, providing working capital while their caseload works its way through the legal system.
We realize that people apply for lawsuit loans because they need the money! So we’ve expedited the entire process. You apply online or by calling us at 877-253-5538.
